Rented here several times over the years. Been here for a year this time. Nothing but great things. Great owner. Great manager and great staff that seems to help and care. They have several vending machines too. One has many items for musicians that they need when they're in a bind. Drumsticks, picks, strings etc. Things are pretty cool there. They have a ton of musicians to network with too. Soon, a full blown stage for the renters. Too cool. Way to go...

I have been renting a space here for about a year. Bryan and the staff are awesome. The building parking lot is well lit, and very well-maintained as is the inside of the facilities, including the restrooms and hallways. Rooms have great security and sturdy deadbolts doors. Paying rent is super easy via their website. I wish there was soundproofing in between the walls of each studio room but it is what it is,...

Been practicing here for months and I absolutely love it! Spaces stay warm even in the Cleveland winter, facilities are clean and nice, and the rooms sound pretty good! Met a lot of nice people in the halls as well, the sense of community is pretty strong. And mostly, as a drummer, being able to play as much noise as I want at all hours of the day and night is...
