My parents have been trying to take us here when we're in town visiting for a while now, but it's really hard to get a reservation. Most recently, we were visiting for over 2 weeks and were able to get a reservation a couple of days before we left.

Other than the lack of availability, this place is pretty cool. They have a bar area with a few table top shuffleboards. These are easier to get reservations on, but we weren't really interested since plenty of bars have them. Then in the back they have 5 or 6 shuffleboard courts. I now realize why it's so hard to get in — they would be better off with way more courts.

When we got there, we had to give them our credit card to hold at the bar and then wait 5-10 minutes after our reservation time to start. They don't start your hour until you start playing so that wasn't a big deal. They explain the rules to you and then you're free to play.

We got in two games in an hour, but our first game took way longer than the second, so you might be able to do more. The one downside is that it's very loud in there. With the size of a shuffleboard court, you can only talk to the person next to you and even that was hard with the noise level.

I would have given this five stars, but the experience paying at the end was awful. Instead of charging you up front or having a separate way to pay, they make you go to the bar to pay. The bar was packed and we waited at least 15 minutes to pay. I now understand why they take your card at the beginning because I'm sure people would just leave without paying rather than dealing with that. I'm sure they're trying to get you to drink while you're there, but this experience should really be improved so that you can leave in a timely manner when you're done playing.

They charge $14 per person per hour, which isn't cheap, but I think it's reasonable compared to other similar activities.

Overall, we had a lot of fun and I would...

Terrible customer service...I made a reservation 5 weeks in advance and brought a group of 15 people, some of whom drove from Akron and Columbus. After we'd ordered food and drinks and started to settle in, I was told we had 5 minutes left on our courts, that "the whole place has been bought out" and our full reservation would not be honored. In trying to figure out what happened, the staff showed me all the ways it wasn't their fault or their problem...at no point did anyone say "I'm sorry this happened, how can we fix it?" At the same time my group was being asked to leave, I was told that I could wait to speak to the GM when they got there later in the day, or they could maybe offer me a voucher...to a place that treated us so great. I suggested they comp our time and asked for boxes for the food that had literally just been served. They agreed to the comp, couldn't be bothered to bring us boxes. Probably a fun place, but not if you have to deal with any of the staff,...

We had so much fun here, we will definitely be back. We went here for my boyfriends 37th birthday since he loves shuffleboard. It was a surprise and he loved it!

The prices were good, the experience was great and we will go back. The LED cleveland sign above the bar makes for great photos!

We originally reserved the outdoor patio boards but it was so hot at 4pm when we arrived we asked to move inside and since there were no other reservations they quickly accommodated. We had two kids with us (it’s 21 and over after 6) so we had from 4pm-6pm to play and that was exactly as much time as we needed.

The drinks were averagely priced, we didn’t eat here since we had dinner reservations at BrewDog (close by) at 630. But overall this place is super cool and kid friendly, the 2 and 4 year old with us loved playing on the full sized...

The Mini Corndogs and the Tatertots were great! We got a Bobby Boi, a Bird is the Word (Hot), and Camille's Sassy Salad. The Burger was a Burger. The buttermilk fried chicken on the sandwich and the salad was super crunchy. I think mine might have been a bit overcooked. My jaw genuinely hurt after eating it. The taste was good though. I wish the chicken was tossed in hot sauce. It felt like it was just dashed with some Franks Hot on top. The service was great. There was only 1 server and she took great care of us. The Atmosphere was amazing! They nailed the middle school/high school gymnasium/area aesthetic. The bar is made from reclaimed bleachers. There are stadium seats, trophies, a bunch of flags hanging from the rafters, exposed bricks, murals, retro photos, and just nailed the vibe.
