1803 Candles — Local services in Clinton Township

Best candles around. I have been burning these candles for the last 5 years. They are so strong and I am always getting compliments about how amazing my work space smells. It's hard to go wrong with any of their candles. I have tried other soy candle companies and they just don't hold up. Many others I have tried just don't burn well and you can barely smell the actual scent. 1803 doesn't have that issue. I love the Pine Needles & Berries , any of the apple candles, Cabin On The Hill, & Hummingbird. I have never been to the store but I order online and shipping is always fast and sometimes they slip a free gift in my order. It says the store is temp.closed but I am glad the website is still up and running. I am going to place my holiday order soon. They have a great sale section and the wax melts are some of the best. We visited 1803 candles back in April and really enjoyed the experience. It was a 2 hour drive from where we live in Wisconsin. I needed to see this wonderful place where I get my favorite candles, melts and linen sprays from. I find these to be the most fragrant products on the market that there is. I can't be without the room and linen sprays and melts. They make my home smell so warm and welcoming. I always get compliments when I have company, and people tell me they can smell the welcoming scents as they approach the door. There isn't one fragrance I've tried I haven't liked. Absolutely terrible company! High priced products that do not hold up to their end of the claims. I was emailed back by their customer service and told to send products back. Once they recieved them I would be issued a refund. They received them only to deny my refund and tell me I burnt the candle wrong. Candle was burnt to their exact instructions they sent. I have left a review on their website only for them to deny it bc they do not want the truth told to future victims. Do not be fooled by all the positive reviews (they are paid for) and they do not allow the negative ones. I am in the process of filing at small claims court.
