First time experience with this customer was easy. Step one stop at the office near the scale. Give them your p/u and get your dock directions. Step two slid tandoms and reconfirm your p/u info with forklift driver. 30mins in and out. Make sure you get a company card you can call them and set yourself up for success and skip Step one. No over night parking on site. Portapoties out side for rest room use, and you can scale your load upon departure. I also saw a restaurant at the entrance of the customer for all you foodies respect. Oh and is enough space to pull off to the side and get a plate with hindering other drivers....
Read moreHad 4pm appointment for p/u. Tried to check in around 12:30, but was turned around and asked to come back at 4. About 10-12 trucks were parked on the street waiting for their appointments just like me. Very limited street parking. Once in the dock, loading was pretty quick though. They do have scales here which is a plus, cause they load you pretty much to the max. Been to a few other Bayer facilities and this one is probably the worst. Shipping clerk was nice...
