Game Butchers LLC — Local services in Clinton Township

The deer brought into this place was not butchered, but instead completely botched. Anyone can use a large saw, push a carcass through, wrap and randomly label packages... that does not make them a proper butcher! Butchering is a skill, which this guy doesn't have. He just saws up meat, bones cartilage, fat and HAIR. I just got less than 1.7 lbs from a package, labeled ROAST, that weighted 3.7 lbs. Inside was HAIR, and mostly bone, fat and cartilage. There was NO possible ROAST inside. It took me an hour of work to get to any decent meat, which now has to be a stew. And how dirty is his equipment if that much hair is inside a package!!! You could literally see it all over. God only knows whats truly in the chopmeat! Definitely will never use this...

Extremely polite and professional. Very clean work space. Offer lots of cuts and options. Gave us samples of summer sausage and it was incredible. Have had gourmet products for crazy prices that were not as good.

If you hunt, your should try them. Should get the most of your harvest.

Great people, great service and unbelievable taste on their processed meats. I've used Persons for 20 years they know how to do it right. Prices are good too, you wont leave thinking you got ripped off, and now that they offer vacuum sealing they have brought it up a level again. Great Job Guys Keep Up The Great Work.
