Had a friend of mine go in to do a SIM card swap, rep told him that she couldn’t do it cause the bill was past due. I’ve worked for ATT for two and half years, never had an issue changing a SIM card for any customer with a past due bill. The next day he goes in to do it and they give him trouble yet again, this time the bill is current. The rep helping him the second time was telling me that she couldn’t change it if the bill was past due because she doesn’t work for a CORE store which is also false information. I go home one day a week. I called spoke to JT he verified the 12 pro max 256 was in stock. I went down and he was fantastic. Friendly a little funny and knew his job.
