We were driving on the highway when the check engine light came on, and our car went into limp mode. We were very worried, but got advice to get a scan at the nearest AutoZone. We pulled up to this one, and Ashley immediately helped us out. She performed the scan of the car, which pinpointed the issue. When we found out the issue, Ashley explained what was malfunctioning and how it could be fixdd. She helped us get in contact with a local mechanic, and assured us of his reputation. Ashley's really knowledgeable with cars, and she's able to explain things in a way we can understand (I know nothing about cars). We were super impressed.
Ashley, Antwain, and Chris helped us get all of the right parts for the repair; they explained why we needed each item, and helped us get the best price. Not only were they all so helpful, they were also very personable. Their humor put us at ease in a tense situation, and they were straight forward about everything going on.
They pointed out some local places we could check out while we waited for the mechanic to fix the car, even mentioning a nearby antique shop.
Luckily, the problem was solved and we were on our way! The car's running nice and smoothly. It sucks that our car broke down, but it was lucky that it was near this shop.

He was friendly, professional and so knowledgeable! My headlights were not working properly (turning on only intermittently)-he checked my fuses and then the headlights. The headlights were in a very tight spot but Andy was so patient throughout the entire process and with his expertise, was able to replace the headlights quickly. I called at 6:45 asking if they have a part because mine was stuck and the man was extremely nice on the phone, helped me out and let me know they have the part in stock.
