East Park Cinema — Local services in Clinton

My family an I went to see a movie a week ago and while my wife was getting drinks and snacks the movie started, five minutes early. I went back tonight, the line was out to the middle of the parking lot. I stood in line for 20 minutes. All the movies start at the same time, and they don't open the ticket counter until 15 minutes or less before the movie starts, they started all the movies with a line still out to the middle of the parking lot, so, I missed the beginning movie I was waiting to see. Who wants to watch a movie thst has already started. I don't think they care about truly improving the business but rather what's the most convenient for the management. I used to like going there. Yes the seating is out dated but the snacks are good and the staff was nice, but just in the last year or two things have been...

Went to see A Dogs Journey tonight, the movie was great, but the ONLY good thing I can say about the facility is that the staff was nice. The theater itself is in absolutely HORRIBLE condition on the inside!! We went during the middle of the day, so it wasn't busy.Half of the seats inside the theater were broken. Broken to the point that they have taped them off instead of replacing them. The curtain inside our room was torn down in places. My daughter had to use the bathroom during the movie, I felt nasty after just walking inside of the restroom! Toliet paper ALL over the floor, nasty sinks with hair all over them and the mirrors were disgusting!! It was honestly sad because I used to go to this theater every weekend as a teenager and it NEVER looked like this. Next time I want to see a movie, I'll go...

So I took my boys last night to see a movie. 45 min after being told "it's about to start" over and over, They said we don't have the code to transfer the movie to this theatre cause we they showed it in a different one... Come on people!!!!!! That should have been the first thing you checked. Maybe if you guys showed up before 6 to open the theatre and took pride in what you guys are doing then things could be better. And for the comments about them have the best popcorn in town... IT'S THE ONLY THEATRE IN TOWN!!!!! I know I am sounding harsh but Clinton needs a wake up call. Instead of just doing the same old thing and continuing to be below standards, step up and make a change. That's how you make money as a business. Not by doing things the same way you...
