I have been looking for a recliner that fits me, for a long time. When my wife and I were in Clinton, she suggested we look at Kluver's Appliances and Hone Furnishings. We went in and was met by Sales Rep Gustavo Guzman. I explained what I was looking for and he showed me what was in stock, then stepped back to let me try them all at my leisure. I found the perfect one, except it was the only one in stock. He offered to sell it to us, and then we found out that it was just ordered and placed on floor recently. But he still allowed me to purchase it and didn't make me wait for them to order another one. We stumbled across Kluver’s Appliances and Home Furnishings and are so happy we did. First, the employees are friendly, nice, and helpful. Natalie, our sales rep, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the industry. She is a pleasure to work with. Second, their prices are reasonable. This is awesome because we had multiple rooms to furnish. Lastly, the delivery crew is nice and polite. They made sure we were satisfied with the furniture placement before leaving.

Don’t ever buy anything from these people. At first we thought they were nice to deal with and polite, but when they delivered our couch the people who delivered were very rude. Then our dryer went out and we asked them to come and fix it, the guy was very hateful towards my wife. My wife then calls the owner to tell him how rude his employee was in our own house and he defends him and he then started taking to my wife like she was a scum.
