The staff is nice and gave good information but someone who did our emissions two years ago was sloppy and put the wrong information in the system. Now we have to go through extra hurdles to get their mistake fixed. On top of being told the other vehicle was passed due and late for emissions and the tags are suspended, thank the lord we have our certificate saying other wise. So why didnt this person complete the emission correctly? Because of their mistake the cops could've pulled us over if this mistake showed in their system.
