Don't know exactly what happened, but I'm pretty sure the young Male employee I had the opportunity of dealing with, tried to scam me. 100% I'm 4'10 blonde female with a very obvious look for not knowing a thing about cars. My car wouldn't start, someone said get it checked at o'Reilly, I went there, he checked both alternator and battery, said the battery was too dead to test, and the alternator had to faulty something or other, and I needed a new one and I should probably get one before leaving... so then I used my better judgment and went to Zanes auto repair and they told me I just needed a new battery. 13 sept 2025 1230pm. Went in looking to spend a couple hundred and walked out with nothing. They had 4 employees. 2 working outside with customers, 1 behind counter and 1 stocking. Dude behind counter said hello and as I walked up to him, the pho e rang. He answered it and took and order. While I stood there, dude pulling stock to front of shelves made eye contact and then went back to doing what he was doing. I turned and dude on phone walked to store floor and started pulling the phone order.defunitely won't be back nor suggest these goofball. NAPA, here I come.

I went in today (12/13) having issues with airing my tires. This would normally be a small issue, but im 14 hours away from family, so it became a huge issue due to fear and upset. Tylar and Christopher took the time to check my tire to make sure nothing was wrong with the tire, show me a good portable compressor, and even aired up my tire.
