Ladies and gentlemen, I HAVE to make this recommendation and even if you're not in the market for appliances, please read on because it's a wonderful feel good story and a wonderful testimonial as to exactly what customer service should look like. Every business owner should take notes here!! I have been recommending Turner Appliances since 1990 when I bought my first appliance from them. I've bought everything I own from them ever since and last night was exactly WHY!!! Jo has been a family friend of mine since I was 15 years old. She's 83 years young and like a second Momma to me so when she called me in a panic, I panicked too! She had a big tall freezer ... FULL ... that quit working. She had just discovered it a few hours early, but, things were already thawing. She had called at least 5 appliance stores and not one of them would help her. Every one of them told her they couldn't get her a replacement and/or deliver it for a week or more. Are you serious? What do they expect a person to do? My poor Jo was calling everyone trying to find freezer space until she could get a freezer. She was literally ready to get coolers and ice. I messaged Terry Dayna Turner and asked him if he had some sort of emergency service. He gave me his personal cell phone number to give to Jo so she could call him right then. He had exactly what she needed and told her he would have it delivered first thing in the morning. We got her some dry ice to make it through the night and just as promised, Turner's was there bright and early. But wait .... They didn't just deliver her a freezer. They moved her old one. Put the new one in it's place AND transferred ALL of her food from the old to the new. When I talked to her a bit later she was almost giddy. Seriously, she was beyond appreciative and over the Moon grateful. She told me that in all of her years she had never been treated like this by anyone she'd done business with!! She said Terry was amazing and caring on the phone and that the delivery guys were beyond respectful, caring, and helpful. BUT THERE'S MORE!! I got a message from Terry this afternoon thanking me for the recommendation!! 🤣😂🤣😂 Can you believe this? After everything he's done to help us out, he thanked me for the recommendation. As far as I'm concerned, Turner is the ONLY appliance store!
P.S. I almost forgot this part ... had it been necessary, Turner's were prepared to keep her food frozen over night!! I about fell off...

Was told by the person who answered the phone that his boss was with a custer and would call me right back with that Info. over 2 hrs later I finally got called back. I told him he was too late, I had purchased elsewhere already and I was surprised that it took so long to call me back and asked why who ever answered the phone couldn't have at least been able to tell me if they were in stock. If you need help, hire someone. You should not make buying customers wait until you feel like calling them back. I find it hard to believe that someone couldn't go into the stock room and look to see if they had that washer/dryer. even if it took them 15 minutes and called me back. my time is as important as anyone else. I was moving and needed a washer/dryer bought quickly and delivery scheduled ASAP, i didn't have a few hours to wait just to see if...
Read moreOne of the most pleasant buying experiences I have ever had! You get customer service that is impossible to get at any large retail store. They have used and new appliances (lots of GE). When we went there there were only a couple used washers so we bought a new washer and a used dryer and we are extremely happy with both.
The worker that assisted us (maybe the owner?) went so far out of his way to make our experience an excellent one that I seriously cannot type it all out without writing a short essay.
No question about it, get your appliances from here instead of a retail store because not only will you be helping a local business, you will have a much better...
