And I've given it a higher rating at I never ever rented from my husband never work for him but unfortunately he is not what he appears to be when you don't know him he's very polite when you don't know once you get to know him he's rude. I am more than fair when I give people ratings I used to really like the owner Kelly showed his true colors he doesn't like to repair anything he expects his tenants to do it and I mean that is part of why we rent so that we don't have to take on the repairs. And then on top of it we had an inspection and the first person that came was a female and she was all over him telling him everything that he had to do and he was trying to throw me under the bus like the BMW smoke detector and she said unless it's written that it was my responsibility as his responsibility will she didn't come back I did so what does that say....

Friendly employees. I love that they are open late and they always have what I'm looking for when other places do not. And they are helpful.. I've gone in looking for something for my family not knowing what it is outside of the picture that I've been given and instructions on size ( I don't drink & have 0 knowledge of alcohol) & they were wonderful about helping...
