Our experience: We bought 2 separate living room sets from this store. Our experience was cordial, positive. The third set, 2 recliners, were delayed. No problem, strange days, Covid 19.
Dave wanted to deliver purchase #2, rather than wait for #3.
We were assured that additional fees for delivery and disposal would not be assessed with the 3rd and final delivery
Fine, we paid the delivery and disposal fees, on the items delivered in August, then checked in occasionally .
At last, the chairs arrived and were delivered October 24. We paid the final bill, and delivery was waived.
Again, delays, no problem. But 2 recliners for disposal were not picked up, which we did not initially notice.
Flash forward to today, my wife calls Dave, begins to remind him of his promise, and he goes OFF on her, raised voice, rude. I call to deal with him, I introduce myself, describe our situation, and then say to him "this is what I think, Dave.."
He interrupts and says '"and I'll hang up on you, too." Then hangs up.
I don't give a damn about delivery/disposal fees. I DO care about customer service, and I DO care about a grown man yelling at my wife over a simple negotiation.
After spending literally thousands at his store, showing patience, and planning future purchases, THIS is the way he treated us.
I recommend that you NEVER become a customer. We're done. I have been in customer service most of my life, and have never experienced anything like this as a customer.

Read moreWell...the man working there which I believe is the owner...was kind of rude. He wears a blue tooth head set and if you ask him a question about a piece of furniture he starts with his answer and turns away mid sentence and starts talking to whoever was on the other line. Then come back. I was interested in a loveseat...to which he replied it will be a day or two to get it from his warehouse. Which calls for another drive of 100 miles for me to pick it up. I asked if he could knock off a few bucks..and he said not at all. As if he was making 50 cents on the sale. It was a $1000 love seat. I thought about it and he returned to behind the counter to his blue tooth conversation. I said "thank you...I'm going to think about it" He said nothing. So I left. Prices there are great on some things...others are very high. In all fairness...the lady who worked there the day before...was much nicer, very polite, as told to me be a very reliable person. I wouldn't say stay away. I just don't tolerate...
Read moreAbsolutely awful experience. Ordered a table. Told 2-3 days. Then was told 2-3 weeks a couple day’s later. Called after the 3 weeks. It’s gonna be another week. Then another couple weeks. Then it is set to be here Monday. Stopped in that Tuesday. Still wasn’t there. 9 weeks later I finally cancelled the order. Owner couldn’t have cared less. Didn’t even apologize for the delay. Do yourself a favor....
