We are so pleased with our whole experience with Indoor Climate Control! Above all else - our house is toasty warm in winter and amazingly cool on hotter days! We’ve had our home for almost 20 years and I had little hope we could ever get the A/C cooling level I dreamt of. But thanks to Brian and team he helped us fix our ducts and get bigger registers so the new unit would deliver the cool air where we needed it most. He could have just sold us a bigger A/C and walked away, but instead he made sure it was what was going to work best for us. When there were a couple minor glitches with the install and permit checks they were so responsive and quick. They had an employee there within an hour! Not only were they quick but they were committed to fixing the problem once they were there and didn’t leave until it was right. I have a older home (1953)and after talking to multiple companies, confirming insurance and workers comp, getting bids, reviewing their service agreements for problems down the road and talking to people who know HVAC systems, I decided Indoor Climate Control was the best company to go with . Martin was honest and didn’t try to oversell me.I received two detailed bids that explained the process and what unit would be installed. There were some challenges that came with this project and the team at indoor Climate control did not come back with additional costs or fear selling. They always came over with a smile and encouragement that I would have AC ! Unfortunately our AC went on the fritz at the worst possible time over the summer. It was a week of 100+ degrees and we were so uncomfortable. I called Martin with Indoor Climate Control and he sense the urgency and was able to get to us same day to assess our needs. By the next day we were taken care of and very happy. Very professional and definitely had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process. Martin listened and address each of our concerns promptly and efficiently.
