Traci's Greenhouse — Local services in Clovis

The store is beautiful and well put together. Lots to look at and peruse. However I went one day and found an item without pricing so asked the young girls…who had yet to acknowledge me..for a price. They took a picture and said they would find out. I waited 15 minutes to check out hoping for an answer. There was no one at the counter and I waited a good bit for anyone to appear. At that time I inquired about an answer and was told no they didn’t know. I returned the next day and this time was not acknowledged by the three young girls who walked right passed me and never spoke The item still was not priced so decided I didn’t need it that badly after all and walked out without anyone ever knowing or caring that I had been in there…again passing right by the unmanned cashier counter. An acknowledgment goes a long way towards Customer service as does a simple “thanks...

I visited the store to get help with my vegetable garden and was greeted at the front with a smiling welcoming face. I explained the issue I was facing and was provided with a inexpensive solution that would still keep my garden organic. She offered to have it waiting at the register for me when I was finished shopping. I explained I was recovering from a recent surgery and that I would not be able to shop around. She immediately retrieved the product, rung me up and even carried it out to my car. Please note the person that helped me through my transaction was the business owner! Traci herself! My point is being a business owner is a very time consuming job from ordering to product placement to staffing but she takes the time to take care of her customers and leads by example. Thank you for the wonderful experience...

Greenhouse. I guess that is why I hadn’t been here before. No need for a greenhouse. This place should have the word “market” in the title because that’s mainly what it is. Great local store with loads of home furnishings and home decor. Currently they are transitioning to their Christmas decor. The store is full of great decorating items. Fantastic place to get ideas and pick up that one of a kind item you need.

They also sell locally sourced and produced jams and jellies. Oh and there really is a greenhouse there too. Great selection of plants and other nursery items. Plenty of knowledgeable people to answer your gardening questions.
