Booked a water slide for my son’s party Saturday. Party came around and inflatable had not shown when it was supposed to. My sister and I tried calling about 50 times between the 2 of us an hour before the party. No answer and could not leave voicemail. My brother drove 40 min up there due to them not answering. Lady said there was no booking listed for me. Sent a screenshot of where they took $320 out of my acct. and she still kept saying I didn’t have anything booked. Asked what number I called, who I talked to, when I called. She could see the dates and the $320 charge from them on the screenshot I sent and was still arguing. Finally said they would send one out. Waterslide came an hour late to the party, which dragged out everything. No kind of reimbursement was even offered and the guys that came out to put up the slide were the only ones to apologize. The guys were nice and put it up as fast as possible. The fact that I paid $320 (after a $10 veteran discount, just to give reference of price for anyone looking) for a water slide that the kids could only play on for 30 min, if that, really upsets me. That is way too much money for the stress it caused. I know mistakes happen but between never answering the phone, having to drive out there, argue with them after showing them the transaction, and coming an hour late, it’s too much and I should have been reimbursed at least some, if not all...

As a church, we have been renting from M&M for well over 10 years. We have had mostly good experiences... but not this time! In August we ordered 4 inflatables and we were quoted a price of $600. When they arrived, one inflatable would not stay inflated and another was not what we had ordered. Also, the inflatables were completely filthy. When I called Ruth to discuss a partial refund, she was extremely rude and stated that Mick had given us a discount, out the goodness of his heart since we were a church, and that we already got a good deal so there would be no refund. I then asked for an invoice, since one was never provided. She said she was extremely busy and didn't know if she could get to it until the next week. When I told her that we were never told that we received a discount (nor did I have paperwork to support that) and that I expected some type of refund she ended up telling me she was amazed that I could call myself a Christian and that Christian people should never act the way I was. She explained that she should know because her dad was a preacher and no one in her family had ever acted like I did. I told her I was sorry if she felt I was out of line as she then continued to insult my Christianity (and also my math skills) multiple times. The bottom line is, Ruth was so unprofessional and rude that it has forced us to look elsewhere for inflatables for our church functions....

Went to a co -workers sons birthday party yesterday, This place is big and great for kids they loved it. However you are only allowed in 15 minutes before your party time to set up, which is not enough time. And when they were packing up to leave her son had an accident the so she was tending to him while her friends were packing stuff out to the car some of the owners were rushing the friend and she said it wasn’t her party she was just helping the owner was like oh my god and went outside to have people help her pack stuff out she announce that the girl packing it out was doing f it by herself and it wasn’t even her party. Owner came back in and was wiping saying they still had stuff laying around and the other party was already there. My friend only Had a case of water and a box left to pack outside. Also there is absolutely no parking, and there is no signage stating to park around back, I only knew to go back there cause I saw someone else park back there that had been there before. I get they only do 1 party at a time which is amazing and great but a 15 minute turn around time is not sufficient. Especially for the amount of money you are spending and the only free thing is the blow up slides/bounce house. Everything else cost money and the tickets don’t work the...
