I'm sure there is a reason for my perspective, great selection of overpriced products to pay for the over staffing, could be a nicer place if they put some $ in the outside, clean the inside and out, organize, invest into a manager who has people working with them and not for them. Wades has the loyalty of the community and has no competition which explains why it looks as it does. Ungers dosent focus on work boots but; the owner has it figured out and understands customer service, ambiance and everything wades is lacking. Maybe sell Wades to Ungers and it would definitely improve sales and customer experience. Ungers gives you a feeling of quality and their business...

I will Always get my boots and tops from Wades! So will my boyfriend! Extremely helpful and friendly staff and if they do not have the size you need they promptly order and call you within days to let you know your order is in! I also had a pair of lacrosse boots have a defect in them. I had only owned them for less than a month when I noticed the toe guard was coming apart. They let me keep that pair til my new ones came in...no charge! Obviously had to send back the defected pair, but that was really cool bc I needed boots til the other pair came in. I always get Wrangler button up tops for women there, bc they are the only ones that carry my size and style I prefer! I will always do my part in keeping this...

They have a great selection and everytime I've ever went here the people working have always been helpful and nice people I've bought boots for 21 years here and never have had a bad pair of anything im ruff on work boots forsure so doesn't matter what brand I get they only last a certain amount of time but they always have something I like usually and not to costly I usually find somthing on the clearance the have almost anything you can think of work boot or leather wise I'll be buying boots for the next 20 years here I do not ever even think of...
