We have dreamed of building a custom house for at least 10 years. As we were looking for different locations to build, we clearly knew that we would use MoseCo as our contractor. They did a previous kitchen remodel for us, and because of the high-quality craftsmanship with that, there was no question we were going to use them for our new house build. The whole process of a new build can be overwhelming, and another reason why we chose them was that they take this stress to a very manageable level. Brent and his sons are true craftsman, professionals and gentlemen. They care about every detail that goes into a custom home whereas most other builders that we talked with have the “cookie cutter” mentality as opposed to the personal touch, respect and personal choices that MoseCo gives. Another highly important aspect is the quality and character of the subcontractors that they use (i.e. Painter, Electrician, Plumber) …They follow the same philosophy of the highest quality workmanship. Brent, Brant and Braden (MoseCo) put their heart and soul into our house build, and they treated the work that they did like it was their own house they were building. We used MoseCo for a huge remodeling of our home. Our basement was stripped to the bare walls. A wall retention system and improved drainage installed. It was then remodeled into a beautiful family room, including a variety of storage and a completely renovated bathroom. The kitchen and two other bathrooms were stripped to the walls and rebuilt. We had all new windows installed, new siding, new roof, new driveway, and new painting and flooring throughout the entire house. The attention to detail and quality of work was excellent.
