“Tour” is unprofessional, barely any details given, acted clueless as to how to conduct a tour. Teachers acted less than thrilled for me to bring my kids in, was greeted by an employee barefoot at the front door on their first day. Arrived after 9:30 strict drop off time on the first day, my kids had to go in the infant room to “avoid disruption” in their classes they’d actually be in, and not even greeted by the teacher just a look of disgust and cluelessness. When introduced to one of their actual teachers she acted as if we were a nuisance to her class. Pulled up to pick up daughter on 3rd day and she was standing in the corner of the gate outside crying staring at the parking lot, with her “teacher” 5 ft behind her on her phone at the picnic table. While another teacher rushed to greet me at the gate and once again act clueless as to why I would be upset at this, both exclaiming that they use their phone to “document diaper changes” like that would take precedence over my child who very clearly needed attention. After finally picking her up, I was quick to realize her arm was stuck in her sleeve to which the “teacher” said “oh she did that herself” okay so if she was being tended to properly then it would have been an easy fix. Following that after picking her up her bottom was soaking wet ice cold to which the “teacher” said she “maybe sat in the puddle over there” but couldn’t confirm? Wanted the registration fee refund but was told that wasn’t an option given they had already been there “so many days”. You will also notice they are constantly advertising open enrollment, it’s not because they actually have enough teachers to care for more children, seeing as they are not able to properly care for the ones already there. I definitely will never recommend this Daycare to anyone. My children has been to both locations playtime and heritage. This is the worst daycare ever Their staff is very messy and unprofessional. I’ve had multiple conversations with the owner of the daycare and I feel like she didn’t care about my concerns. When I was told Terrible things about this daycare by a Formal worker The owners Daughter’s call And threaten the lady to sue her. I was told by a lady that currently works there to check the reviews of the Daycare because the reviews are so bad. I dropped my daughter off to the daycare and when I went to go pick her up, they showed me a picture of a bloody diaper with some type of discharge My daughter has never bleed or had any type of discharge ever in her life When I ask the daycare worker why didn’t they call me because of this issue? When they call me about everything else they told me that they didn’t feel like it was an emergency When I told them I was gonna take her to the hospital, they told me to just take her to her primary care doctor on Monday When we requested The bloody diaper they bought out three diapers that they know wasn’t hers when we requested the camera footage. They told us they no longer had camera footage since October 2023. My kids started April 20 24 and when they started, we made sure we asked them if they had Working cameras and they lied us. We still don’t know what happened to my daughter till this day, but we are working with lawyers to figure out...

Literally the best! I couldn’t thank these girls enough for the care they give for the kids and babies that come in. Selena and Hayley are so sweet to my babies.
