Arrived 12/28/22 @ 8:30am for a 10:30 appointment Dock at Door at 13:45 Empty trailer at 15:50 My load appointment number for what ever was canceled when I arrived the snippy woman said, called broker got a new number and called back with new number and she said they would call with a door, much later they finally called and she didn't even tell me that I needed to put the paperwork in the trailer, drop trailer and drive out the gate and wait for them to call. Thanks to the yard driver for letting me know this and walking my paperwork inside this was my 1st time here so I didn't know the process but definitely I must need a magic hat to know, to the woman who was answering the phone shame on you for talking to me like you did it was uncalled for I never gave you reason at all to be so snippy with me and I'm sorry you feel like that over someone you have never ment before. Gilmer wasn't bad at all for my first time picking up there. They have parking inside the gate, I'm not sure if they allow you to park overnight but there is plenty of parking. I arrived early and checked in with receiving, the lady was very nice and helpful as she check me in over the phone. I had to wait about 1hr for a door and once I was in the door I was loaded and out in about 1hr 45 mins. I gave this place 5 stars because my experience was outstanding and Trust me in 21yrs of driving I've seen trillions of times worse. Be nice when you check in and they will be...
