Great opportunity for children and family growth. Fields are pretty well kept. Some bleachers need attention and uneven grounds and parking lot. As a handicapped person I found it easy to get around just had to watch where I stepped. For the most part parking relatively close to fields. Restrooms are easily accessible except back field, a longer walk. Not much shade nor coverage from the elements. Playground is small, but kids enjoy it. The program itself is Dixie Youth. I like Little League better, but best in the area. There's room for organizational skills; nonetheless, they foster a family atmosphere. Parent volunteers are the coaches and they do a fantastic job considering. The rules often aren't well understood, but most coaches refer to website when needed. In my experience as grandparent it seems everyone works for the children and no big egos; thankful for that. Read moreOur son 7 plays ball here and we can't say enough good things about Bleckley! We were blessed with the opportunity to move to the area not that long ago and what a blessing it has been! The facility is well maintained by a gentleman goes by coach C, who was kind enough to give my son a few pointers when he first started basketball and it made a world of difference! The people are friendly and it is a very supportive atmosphere at all the games. It's small town positive vibes with even opposite sides cheering the kids on as they figure out the games.
