Ratleyink — Local services in Cochran

Edit: I have not went back for a service, but the owner of the business saw my review and reached out to me on Facebook to try and rectify the situation. I no longer need any services, but I do appreciate Shawn Ratley messaging me to try and make things right, so I have adjusted my review, as I respect that. It seems Facebook is the best way to contact these folks if you can’t get them via phone.

Went on a Wednesday afternoon. Posted hours on Facebook are 1pm-9pm. Posted hours on Google are 1pm-8pm. Tried to call to see if a piercer was in to do a Jewelry change over the last two days. Both times all I got was this number has calling restrictions preventing the call. I show up, and despite hours posted online and on the door, they’re closed.

I’d love to give a higher rating, but I’ve been completely unable to get in or contact anyone here. I’m unsure if it’s still open, but their Facebook seems to show they have recently still been tattooing. I also checked Facebook to see if anything was posted about it being closed today, but I was unable to find anything.

I wouldn’t recommend coming down unless you can call and confirm they’re in fact open. Hopefully the phone lines will be...

I feel like they discriminated against me because of my age. I am 22 but look younger and have been mistaken for a teenager many times. They have wasted my time twice. I sent in a sketch of my own asking if they can draw up their own sketch using my ideas and I could pay if needed. They said yes and I sent them a long message about it which was clearly a waste of time. They opened it but didn’t respond and I came in again to ask the same thing and received a yes again from the same lady only for the process to be repeated. Big waste of time coming into their establishment twice only to be led to believe I would be able to be a paying customer with them. Not to mention their open hours are very random, and I have probably gone in another 2 times in between those occasions just for it to be closed which was not listed anywhere. This was my first time going to this place and my first impression was good! The place itself was big, the people that work there are nice and friendly, and most importantly, they had everything organized and sanitized. I wasn't required to make an appointment, I just walked in, but I only got my nose pierced, so you may have to make an appointment if you're getting tattoo work done. I think the prices are fair and overall, this place will continue to get my business and I would definitely recommend this place to...
