Huddle House — Restaurant in Cochran

I went into this huddle house on January 13th. I order the bacon eggs cheese grits bowl. I waited 45 plus minutes for my food. I’m often very patient and understanding so I didn’t mind because I saw they were busy and looked under staffed. However, when the lady called for my food, they had given my food away to someone else, and told me I had to now wait longer. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get a refund at 3 in the morning because the manager wasn’t there. I asked for my receipt and she said she couldn’t find it and if she did, she had to keep it for the refund. She told me to come back tomorrow. I came back and the manager was rude, told me I couldn’t get a refund because her employee kept the receipt. She refused to give me my money back for food I did not receive. She could’ve ran back the camera, looked in their system for the order with my last 4 numbers of my card, could’ve looked on my bank statement for the charge. Still she refused. I’ll...

We visit our local huddle house in Cochran ga on a regular basis, but after today will not be returning. When we arrived our waitress informed us that last time we came we did not leave a tip. It has been almost a month since our last visit, and when we looked back at our bank statements, we noticed there was a tip on our card. The tip was mentioned at least 3 times and our waitress was extremely rude. We tried to explain we did leave a tip, but she wasn’t having it. When we went to leave, we where informed that someone else had paid for our meal, we said thank you and I walked out to my car to grab cash to give our waitress, and when we walked out two waitresses started yelling, “no tip no nothing?” Because of the rude behavior, I did not tip. From my experience it's very hit or miss depending on who's cooking, but I guess that's the same with every huddle house right? sometimes I order and the food just hits the spot and sometimes I have to just toss it and order somewhere else. They constantly have a for hire sign though so I'm honestly wondering if it's not like many other establishments in cochran,GA where the cooks and alot of food handlers around here seem to have much less care on their standards of food quality than most other city's I visited. I wouldn't have a family gathering here or really anywhere in cochran. All the food here seems to be poison sometimes.
