I am now very disappointed with this doctor’s office. I have been treated like a problem since my 1st visit. At 1st Dr.Worsley seemed to be really nice, friendly and thorough. I still think she is pretty thorough. However, she always seems to treat my healthcare needs as more of a bother than a person that cares. Yes I do have a few health problems. However, as my provider she is there to provide care and not to make me feel bad when I need her. No matter whatever I have needed it is always a problem. The simplest thing as referrals are blown so out of proportion. It was to the point that I hated calling and asking for referrals. Even some of the specialist that were trying to get referrals for me says it was like pulling teeth. I injured my hand in August and has been in a lot of pain with it and have seen a pain management doctor that gives me injections through ultrasound and they haven’t help and neither has physical therapy. So I was asking to be referred to a hand specialist and I had a scheduled appointment to be seen by the PA at Dr. Worsley’s office on Tuesday Dec 2, the appointment was even sent to me in email. However, I was called back from an office staff who wasn’t so pleasant to tell me that I needed to see the doctor before I can get a referral to this new hand specialist. I informed her that I have a appointment already scheduled for Dec 2 at 1pm. She insisted that I didn’t have a scheduled appointment for that day and that the only day available was the 10 of Dec. So, I checked my email and there the appointment was for Dec 2nd at 1 pm. She insisted that wasn’t true as if I was lying. She insisted that I take the appointment on the 10th or else. Also, she nastily informed me that they will no longer be accepting my insurance after December. As if they wanted to get rid of me. That is how she made me feel anyway. In calling another VIP office near by they said that they hadn’t got that message just yet. I call the complaint line to file a complaint as I was hurt by the way I’ve been treated by this office several times and I spoke with a representative by the name of Ashley. Some how we conveniently loss connection as she assured me I could give her my complaint after she took my information. She even ask me for my phone number in case we lose connection. She yet to call me back it’s been over 45 minutes. Arlene is exceptionally nice and caring that is the PA there. However, it has been hard for me to get in with her on certain occasions because, the big bad wolf Dr. Worsley has to see me as she make me feel that I am a bother to her whole office. 1st time in this office. Took my sister n law. to her new primary Dr. Belanger. You never know what to expect when going to a new Dr. It can be very nerve wrecking and quite scary. However, from the beginning to the end. It was great, the beautiful ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful. Dr Belanger is a Gem of a Dr. You not only see that she cares. She SHOW'S it and you feel it. She is very adamant in making sure her patient completely understands what and why she's doing or ordering certain medical things for you. She takes her time with you. She goes through your entire medical record to make certain she knows your medical history. If I did not live so far away. I would definitely make her my primary Care Dr. And again, the front desk and the PA absolutely great. The office offers a coffee and water machine and is very welcoming. Kudos to this Dr....

I became a customer on January 1, 2022. I was told that Dr. Worsley is a good doctor and is taking new patients by the Freedom Health salesman. That was false information. When I went there on January 21 they gave me Dr. Martinkus. As it turned out, I was not impressed with her. It took her about 5 weeks to send my prescriptions to CVS.when she finally did, one of them was incorrect and the quantity was wrong. On one of my meds she said she wouldn’t prescribe it because she was not familiar with it and was not willing to become familiar with it. She gave me a lab order and that turned out to be wrong. She wrote down NO FAST for tests that absolutely need fasting. I had to mail it back to them for a corrected lab order. Way too many mistakes for me. I dropped her like...
