Aggieland Carpet One Floor & Home — Local services in College Station

We moved into a newly constructed home three years ago and knew immediately that we were going to want to get rid of the carpet that was installed in all four bedrooms. Unfortunately, we didn't get around to doing that until recently. I reached out to several local flooring companies for bids. This included moving furniture, removing carpet, and installing new vinyl plank in all four bedrooms. Adding to the job, I really wanted to have the same plank installed in the bedrooms that was already in the rest of the house. We ended up choosing Aggieland Carpet One, and we are incredibly happy that we did! We worked with Miriam, and from the beginning, she came to our home promptly, got the measurements she needed, and provided us with (THE BEST) quote, all in the same day. She also successfully found and ordered the exact flooring we were looking for, and within a month, our floors were installed. The installers were very professional, polite, and did a wonderful job moving and replacing the furniture...which, by the way, was by no means an easy feat! We were expecting transitions from the hallways into the bedrooms, but these guys pulled up some of the floor in the hallway and seamlessly went right on into the bedrooms. They floors look fabulous, you would never know they were laid at separate times, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We love our new floors so much, that we are now looking at having Aggieland Carpet One install backsplash in our kitchen and wall tiles around our garden tub. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this is one time I feel I must. I contacted Aggieland Carpet One because I saw their store listed as a supplier of Marmoleum flooring, and I was interested in that product as a possibility for my bathroom. When I called, I spoke with Kelly, who immediately ordered samples from the company, which came in record time. After receiving the samples, I decided I wanted more samples, and AGAIN, they worked with their Marmoleum rep to get those for me. Each time I called to ask a question, Kelly cheerfully answered, and never once made me feel like a nuissance. I live an hour away from BCS in a tiny town, so when my new flooring arrived, Kelly arranged for one of her co-workers who was going to Caldwell to take my flooring with her so I would only have to drive as far as Caldwell, and not all the way to CS. My project was just one very small bathroom, and certainly not a money maker for this business, but you wouldn't know that by the customer service I received.
