Battery Outlet — Local services in College Township

Brought in a seemingly dead vehicle battery that had not been used all winter and rather than just sell me a new battery they tested it and they said it might be rechargeable so they charged it for me to see if it would be usable. When I returned later in the day they advised that it was not able to hold a charge. So They recommended a replacement battery but advised that it was ever so slightly physically larger and may not fit. When it did not fit they refunded my money and I found a battery at a local car dealer. So kudos to the folks at Battery Outlet for always bending over backwards to help their customers. I rented a Budget truck online, but changed my reservation to 2 days earlier. I committed this change with the national office, and confirmed at Battery Outlet 5 days prior to pickup. I show up on the date I switched to, and lo and behold they didn't have my updated reservation (which I had confirmed with them already).
