Review is based on Birthday Party Experience…we booked a party here for my 5 year old a couple of months in advance. Communication leading up to the party was great, day of party was a completely different experience. Communication is severely lacking. We were told completely opposite specifics by multiple people, we didn’t have anyone directly appointed to us responsible for directing anyone / anywhere or informing anyone of the agenda. Our party arrived and we didn’t have a room to go to until an hour later. Everyone was kind of standing around. Our waiting table had another kids name in it and the private room we paid over $700 for also had the name of the prior guest. The pizza and drinks were missed and weren’t delivered until I asked when they would be coming. No one is running the party, announcing what to do so everyone is kind of running around aimlessly instead of getting their faces painted (because no one knows about it) or letting us know we’ll be cutting the cake. Guests started leaving before the cake was cut because we didn’t know what was going on sense the staff kept disappearing. Very scattered event that wasn’t executed well. Note to management - each party needs to have a dedicated host to communicate to your customers and guests, the agenda, what’s happening next, where everyone needs to be and control timing. This was messy. Kids had fun but it was complete chaos and had zero structure from your group. Rating 3 stars because the kids had...
Read moreTook my 2 kids aged 3 & 4 on a Friday afternoon at 1 pm to give them a chance to get some wiggles out. There was only one other child/parent there when we arrived. My kids had a blast, the main climbing area is perfectly sized for kids this age in my opinion. It's large enough to give them plenty of options to explore, but small enough that I can easily locate them to check in and see how they're doing. Tons of tunnels and interactive areas to bounce, crawl, climb. We previously visited the Fort Worth location in the Alliance Town Center shopping area, and that one is massive - I think I prefer this one, so long as it is not too crowded.
The entire place was very clean when we were there, which is always a main priority for me. One star off bc of the trampoline - those are SO incredibly dangerous for kids (especially toddlers/preschoolers!) and it would be the one thing I would remove. I have to frequently remind my kids that those are not an activity our family participates in, which is not fun to do but I'd rather be safe than sorry and sitting in an emergency room with my kid experiencing a broken bone or spinal injury.
Weekday pricing was $15 for one hour per kid, which is high compared to other options in the area. That may keep us from coming back super often; I can take my little ones to Kids Empire or Peek N Play and play for the entire day for...
Read moreFirst time to visit this new location. Kids are 18 mo, 5 and 6. Kids had a blast. Loved that it was less crowded than the alliance location. 18 mo old was able to play and not get trampled. It was clean and air conditioning was on par. Just a few things we noted that could be changed. First, at check in you have to fill out new waivers. They don't flow over from other location. Just an inconvenience but still annoying. Next, maybe some baby proofing cushioning along the ball pit ball suctioner to prevent bumps to the head would be nice. And lastly, hand rails for littles to hold onto in the home play area. We found it to be kinda pricey, but we will be back especially with this...
