The sidewalk that extends through the greenbelt and out to Cheek Sparger rd is a 2 mile loop. The whole thing is paved and I've never had to worry about puddles too large to get around.
The playground is above average because the ground cover underneath the playset is a soft squishy material that feels great to walk on and will absorb a lot of energy if one were to fall.
The public bathrooms are exactly what you would expect.
And the covered picnic table area doesn't leave much...
