Ivy School Uniforms — Local services in Colleyville

It was our first year buying a uniform and it was such an amazing experience at Ivy! I walked in with a 2 year old and a baby and was immediately greeted with a smile and much needed help! Haha a staff member (completely forgot her name) took me to the correct section, showed us everything we could need in the size she thought would fit best and took everything over to the fitting room for us/showed me the way. She stayed close by and checked in to see if I needed any other sizes. I never once had to go looking for help or someone to answer a question. It honestly felt like she was our own personal stylist while we were there. She was so kind and made the whole experience super easy. She even went the extra mile to check the back for another color of shirt, got another staff member involved to check with her and was going to set up an order if that is something we wanted to do. Our first time buying school uniforms and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was in stock too which was very convenient. Update a couple months after our initial purchase: When he came out of the dressing room, my teenage son insisted the pants he had tried on fit him just fine. But when he wore them to school the first time and I saw them for the first time, they were a pretty tight. I took all of the pants and shorts back in to Ivy School Uniforms and exchanged them (I had the receipt) and they were extremely understanding and very helpful. We ordered online and picked up in person - just to have the kids try on what I bought and see if we needed to adjust in sizing. When we arrived we were greeted kindly. Ashlyn was super sweet and helped us get our order and get two fitting rooms for our 4 kids. We tried on everything and she helped me make the necessary changes in sizes. It was worth the trip!!
