I'm very excited we actually have a corner store thats on the corner, they offer alot have early hours and late ones only suggestions would be to have coffee for sale, you would make a killing with morning transit at trolley stop!!!also you should get in contact with Bernie's pretzels up the street in Penn Pines shopping center fresh pretzels esp Bernie's are always great...
