After overcharge at the register, gentleman even said probably scanned twice..went to front service desk for credit of overcharge. Asked Levi, on duty manager what to do about an overcharge? Rudely said go to end of this line. After a few customers, guy in front of me had overflowing cart of tools, canopy and other items. My stomach is hurting and not feeling well, placed head on ledge...anyway. After slowly ringing him out, and taking care of phone call, other checker issues, and gentleman getting a box and her keys without helping, finally finished checking him out. Asked the customer, do you want the two year warranty on this item. He said, NO thank you. Levi asked again, are you sure only $6.99 for two years? He gave in and said OK. Meantime workers are asking my husband why he is standing by desk with a cart full of our checked out items. Waiting for my wife. Levi tells customer I need your ID and Phone number for the warranty. Yells at people in line, if you do not have a return, go to another lane, this is a return line. I said I do not have a return. Only an overcharge! Can I just get another of the same item I was overcharged for? No. Can I go to the line I was overcharged on fir credit?NO! After computer, which was locked up, started to work again. Shortly after introducing the new bunny to my existing ones, they all started showing signs of illness. The bunny from rural king died a little after we brung him home. It's been disheartening to watch them suffer, especially knowing that the sickness originated from the new addition. Despite seeking veterinary care and following their recommendations, the recovery process has been slow and stressful. This situation has not only resulted in unexpected expenses but also the emotional burden of seeing my bunnies unwell. Even with the vet and medication my bunny’s are still super sick and they could die. Rural King's offer of a replacement bunny and a refund feels like a slap in the face. This isn't about the money; it's about the life of my bunny and the health of my others. A refund doesn't bring back a life, and another bunny could potentially suffer the same fate. I want Rural King to understand that this is about their responsibility to ensure the well-being of the animals they sell, not about a simple transaction. Given that the illness originated from a bunny purchased at Rural King and resulted in its death, I believe Rural King has a responsibility to address this situation. I ordered horse grain from Collinsville Rural King on January 1st they took the money from my bank account on January 3rd (they swear it doesn't come out of your account until the order has been picked up. 1st lie) they say it would take 5 to 7 business days to come in (2nd lie) I still have yet to receive my grain or my money. I have called 4 or 5 times now. I started by asking when it should be in. They said they would email the manufacturer and let me know. That has been 2 weeks with no response. Then I asked to cancel my order. Another week with no response. I just want my money back at this point!! I told them that if I don't get a response today, I will be putting in a dispute with PayPal to get my money back! This is not my first terrible experience with Rural King regarding ordering horse grain either. The first time I placed an order I received an email that it was in and I made a special trip to go get it and it wasn't even the right grain!! It was the cheapest stuff available (the order slip even had a picture so not only do they not read, they can't match pictures!) They said we can give you a discount on your order if you want this!! 🤬 No! I made a special 30 minute trip here and this grain is half the cost of what I paid!!
