Simple Simon's Pizza — Local services in Collinsville

This weekend was the THIRD time I've called in an order for pickup and when I walked in, my pizza wasn't even started. ALL THREE TIMES. I have no idea if it was the same two guys or not. Were they polite to me? Yes. Was I polite to them. Yes. And I prepare for them to be "late" as usual, so I go in a tad late. But when I go in on time or late, I want it ready. This weekend I walked in a tad late. Walked up to the counter and told the guy my name and he looked unfamiliar, and literally on the counter in front of me was my order on the ticket pad, not torn off yet. "Inside" I was livid! It went as usual, I'll get right on that Rose....but he said " Oh man, so and so didn't even get me this order, I'll get it started right now". I said you haven't even started it??? He said no maam. I said how long will it take? He said about 10-12 minutes. I said I'm going to go sit in my car. ( he's lucky ) Anyway I went back in. Pizza is ready, I go to pay for it, and the nice cashier at Pumpin Petes asked for my ticket. I said I don't have one. He went over to the pizza counter, came back with a long receipt. I said it should be for two pizzas. He looked at it and went back over. Came back with my correct receipt. $40 bucks for 2 pizzas, we are diva's and love the stuffed crust. I swore I'd never go back there for pizza, and I prob won't. Its the principle at some point. I've never had an issue with Mazzio's in Collinsville. Was the pizza I got good? HECK YEH, it was good. But I don't have time to mess with this. The 3 cashiers (all guys) at Pumpin Petes, SUPER nice. I rarely leave bad reviews. But three times? C'mon guys. Do your...
