Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Oologah

Updating my review. I used to love this Sonic. But I do not appreciate getting cold, old food. Especially when its $30 worth for a group.Nor do I like the fact that they acted like I was stupid and couldn't possibly know the food wasn't fresh. I came in Sunday night about 20 minutes before close. Everything I asked for like "No tomatoes in the burger" there it is. "No mustard" they put extra mustard on the kids burger. We didn't catch any of that at the store. What I did catch was the disgusting day old tater tots. When the girl came out I asked her if we could get some fresh tater tots. I was told "well its 15 minutes before close but I'll see what I can do." She walks inside 2 seconds later she brings the exact same item I gave her. I call the manager out there. I was told that they were fresh but she admitted by the end she wasn't sure when the tots were dropped in the fryer. Did not apologize, offer to replace, and walked away. I understand if you dont want to make something 15 minutes before close. You dont want to cook fine. Its not business so why do I care if your shutting down your kitchen 20 minutes before close. But don't lie about it and send garbage out the door to your customers. At least say your fryers are down for the night and you are unable to take the order. Instead you guys ripped us off for $30 worth of food that wasn't edible and got thrown in the trash. Disappointing to...

I pulled into stall #24 pushed the button waited and waited nothing pushed it again waited and waited. Still nothing this went on for 15 min. There was only 4 cars in the whole place so thought well maybe it was broke so I drove around to the other side. Into 15. Pushed the button waited and waited after pushing it a few times a young man came on and told me to hold on a min. I looked around there was 2 of the employees sitting out on one of the tables smoking. Finial they came back and asked what I wanted. I told them my order. I aksed for one of the prez dogs with the bacon and cheese The young man had put the mustard one on the board and I told him that was wrong and he told me he knew what I wanted it didn't matter. I also ordered cheddar pepper with ranch. After 15 or so mins was screen said my car hop was heading out with my order. It was another 10 mins before she got there. She handed me my order and turned and started walking off I asked if she had put mustard and ranch in there she yelled back it was all there. When I got home there was no ranch and rhe cheddar dog wasn't right nor was the rest of my order. And most of the time the kids that work there are rude. This is not the first time this has happened. This place is very slow. Always takes them forever to answer the button. And most of the time the order is...

The service is terrible. It took them forever to answer after pushing the button and there was only one other car there. When placing my order I ordered a chocolate oreo blast and they had no idea what I was talking about even though the blast is advertised on their board. They instead corrected me and said a shake. I completed my order with a number 3.. a bacon double cheeseburger with a large blast and large fries. Waited 20 minutes for the order to come out and they brought a chocolate oreo shake, a blast barely over half full medium fries and a burger with 1 patty 1 cheese and 2 pieces of bacon. It was missing another patty cheese lettuce tomato onions and pickles. We ignored the fries and shake but pressed the button to let them know and they said they will bring the correct burger out and take the other one back. We waited another 15 or 20 minutes and the burger they brought out was a double cheeseburger and was missing the bacon. Not only were they rude and took forever they brought the wrong order again so we ended up just leaving without...
