Orchard Valley Farms and Market — Local services in Colorado

Farm, market, and winery all in one and in a pretty creek. This was our first stop in Paonia and set the bat high right off the bat. We did Black Bridge Winery wine tasting! And a bonus you get to keep the tasting glass with our purchase of a bottle. So I'll tell you we visited other wineries that day however it was easily the first bottle that we wanted to open to enjoy! Friendly staff, great variety of wine selections. Onsite they have pick your own raspberries and other fruits depending on the time of year. They have a good selection of jams, vinegars, olive oils and of course wines. Their wines are made from their own grapes, not brought in from elsewhere. They raise cattle and sell their own beef! A must...

Orchard Valley Farms’ Black Bridge Winery is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! The wine tastings were delicious & served by very friendly staff. Bottles of Bridge Winery wines are very affordable & the very modest wine tasting fee included a pretty Black Bridges’ wine glass to take home!

If you are passing by and only can stop at one winery… this is it. The market, fresh veggies, local groceries and the best wine I had was just perfection. Even Cachito had a wonderful time by running from one side of the river to the next. The staff members was so friendly and offer great details of the history of the town and must try location. Definitely my #1 winery and market to visit. We are definitely going back and may have been convinced...
