PuffnUp Smoke & Vape Shop — Local services in Colton

December of 2019 I started coming to this shop and I have never thought about going anywhere else ever since. The shop is always clean and beautiful. The amount of glass they have and all the amazing designs. They even have a glass piece that looks like a DNA molical and it spins around inside as it's being used!!! Glass, posters, pipes, incense, weed, smokes, salts, juice, cigars, pop, candy, vapes, disposables, batteries, coils, pods, so many things!! IF they don't have what you're looking for ask, there's a great chance they can get it for you as well. The staff are amazing people and excellent at what they do. They treat you like family. These guys love their job and it shows. Growing up you were all told treat others with kindness and respect and they will show you the world or the saying treat others like you want to be treated. I can personally tell you that the staff here are 10000000% good people. Always smiling and cheerful, like I said they treat you like family. They love to meet new people. I brought a friend to the store and they are hooked to thos place too. It's a great place and every visit makes you want to come back...

NEVER buy a cart battery from this place!!!! I bought one a week ago, and it stopped working. Went back, and the owner wouldn't even replace it. Any other smoke shop I've been to replace it on the spot! They're super sketchy and don't care for the customers. They even tried to blame me for the battery not working even though I contacted the battery company, and they took the blame for the battery being defective. They take no accountability!!! Sucks because I've been buying from here for years, but I'm never going back!!!! Place is only good for wraps, but even then, the ones they sell are super stale!!!...

Very friendly people, but they never look out for their returning customers. Literally a few streets down i found The Grand Terrace Smoke Shop. Here they gladly gave me many options and even hooked me up far beyond my belief. If you guys are looking for the best prices along with customer servicing and an awesome staff. Look no further. Everything here is amazing and listed at a shocking but pleasant surprise. What do you have to lose ? But time and money if you go to Puffnup smoke. Or at least avoid the evening trips there.
