My family is very frequent shoppers of goodwills and decided to give this one a shot.. usually go to Redlands or highland goodwill.. well upon check out , the older Caucasian cashier(i donāt have her name) decided to decline my son his school ID for his 15% discount very rudely to my KINDERGARTEN son who has used his school ID at other goodwills without problems. The cashier states itās only for high school kids and my son got Very sad. She called her manage to prove to me she was right and the manager told her āany valid school Iādā which she continued back and forth with the manager āwell isnāt it just high school or junior highā not wanting to accent the fact that the customer was right. She rudely came back and I told her she should know her own employers policies before being extremely rude to my son who was now sad he couldnāt use his ID. My son continued to show his Id which she completely ignored him. She argued back and forth with me before the manager literally had to tell her āenough!ā . Goodwill should be ashamed to have employees like her representing their name. In the end, my son did receive his 15% on a toy he wanted. I stop by to pick up a shirt as I normally do maybe once or twice a month and The girl that was there was busy helping another customer. She had short hair, she thin, wearing glasses. Asked if she had someone they could unlock the dressing Room for me she said she be over there to do it shortly. The customer laugh I waited and she started setting up her area putting what look like a red table cloth on the glass and started cutting it I waited a little bit. She didn't even acknowledge me as she continued to cut the cloth so I left. The worst service I've ever gotten here. Normally everyone is helpful and courteous, but not today.
