Gadget Defenders — Local services in Columbia

Curious to be claiming shelling out money to fix something, could be anything but painfull; seems ridiculous. This wasn't the case with this with this establishment. I have a really uncommon LG dual screen that was damaged. Parts are very limited, and very scarce. Owner made arrangements (at my convenience) to meet with me to verify correct parts were available. He found what I needed in Virginia, and had it overnighted. When I showed up less than 24 hours later for repairs, I hardly had time to grab a burger for lunch before repairs were completed. Great so far.....the real kicker.... It cost me less than his original estimate. WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS???? If you're looking for an honest vendor, look no further. I left this shop feeling blessed. Drove from a neighboring town because of his reviews, even though there is a cell phone repair store in my hometown. He was working on something when I walked in, with only an hour left in the day. No other customers were there at the time but I expected to wait until he finished what he was working on. He stopped what he was doing and took care of my concerns, over and above my expectations. Any cell phone issues I have in the future will be addressed at this store. Honest, efficient, knowledgeable, all the things that make you want to send business his way. I didn't even get his name, but you won't regret doing...

Went to a shop not gonna say names but they tried to charge me 180$ plus a 80$ rush fee to get it done the next Tuesday it was Friday. I knew that a hdmi port shouldn’t cost that much at all and a rush fee in my opinion was ridiculous so I went to gadget defenders he was very nice and helpful I told him I needed my hdmi port fixed and that I needed to play the new black ops beta asap so he said he wld try to get it done that day he had a busy day but still got it done Sunday 3 days before the other store would have and with out a “rush fee” I’m playing rn… also all on Labor Day...
