Subway — Restaurant in Columbia

Hate to be this person. Never have been but idk what else to do.... Stopped in 05/12/2023 at 11:28am. It was dead I was the only one. In there.. honestly what I saw behind the counter the veggies, the cheese, the meat. Was disgusting. The lettuce pan. Had caked on all lettuce, it was brown and it had all kinda of seasoning caked on the sides. The bings where the sauces go in. You could tell were extremely dirty, the green peppers were old.. the meat and cheese area? My oh my cross contamination to the wazoo. And as for veggies? IDK about y'all but when I order veggies I don't want 3-4 pieces of each. I had to ask her for extra. As for toasting my sub? IDK what she did but it wasn't toasted it was soggy. It was gross. It was an older lady with gray long hair and a heavier set you get girl working, the lobby was filthy. Honestly need...

My experience was HORRIFIC. Let's start with the fact that all THREE of the workers scoffed and disappeared into the back when I walked in the store. When I finally was helped, I ordered a chipotle steak and cheese wrap. The one worker who helped me was clearly struggling and the other two were in the corner laughing on their phones. I'm not sure if the girl who was helping me was new or just had no idea what she was doing, but she continued to leave out numerous of the items I asked for, including the Chipotle sauce that's in the name. This wasn't even the worst part. She proceeded to cut the wrap in half THE LONG WAY. Then she squished it all into a wrapping and walked away. I had to ask one of the workers...

the workers here act like customers are such an inconvenience. I work in a retail pharmacy, so I know how it is to work with the public. if someone has not been rude to you, and is showing you nothing but respect and trying to be nice to you you should return that. it seems the workers here have no concept of working with the public and hate their jobs, as if we made the decision for them to work there. 0/10, would not recommend. do yourself a favor and go to the one inside of Wal Mart, because this place is definitely not worth the time...
