This shopping experience has been one of a lifetime... Ms Priscilla was patient with me and tolerated my indecisiveness more than the law should have allowed Miss Julie was informative gave me realistic expectations and her kindness was truly genuine, Mr James found me SPECIFICALLY WHAT I WANTED 😁 and Mr James knowledge and experience and efficiency when drawing up my quotes (there were multiple due to me being indecisive) was truly the grand finale on my in-store experience Miss Belinda called me to let me know that my furniture came in two weeks ahead of schedule and tolerated my giddy School girl high-pitched tone of excitement but kindly and professionally kept me on task when she needed information regarding my delivery to make it successful one last but certainly not least Mr Ron and mr Pete my delivery professionals were efficient professional and patient and took every piece of debris with them ensuring I had no clean up after delivery I appreciate everyone at the kimbrell's location and will be back to do much more business in the future this team is definitely one well put together... They seem more like family...

Talk to Mr James and the 3 Ladies there last month, told them my problem and what I wanted the next day they called me with the price amount got the items in the store went back to pay on my account and now the furniture and new TV will be delivered soon. So if u want GRADE A SERVICE I would recommend every one to go 2 this location They make u feel like you are at home and don't leave out their Delivery guy they make sure everything is straight and u are satisfied b4 they leave you with your new furniture. Eagerly submitting this review. When I patronize many establishments and enter reviews, excellent customer service and quality products are items that I love to highlight. Immediately upon entering Kimbrells, I was graciously greeted by James, the salesman. He showed me what I requested and offered some alternatives. Because my family has been shopping at various Kimbrell locations in Columbia, SC since the 60s, I didn't consider any other chain . I was convinced I would find what I needed and pay cash or utilize their in-house financing. I purchased a Jolene Grey Daybed w Trundle and a firm Florence Firm Mattress. at a reasonable price, and it was delivered, assembled and setup in my home in 2 days. Will return to purchase the...
