If I could give less than I one star i would. I went there today to place an order for a tuna salad to be honest with you I wanted to tuna sub on flatbread, but instead, I switched it to a salad. The lady told me that she had put the tuna on the bread already. There was a moment where we both became silent. The lady then took off her gloves and got on her phone and told the other worker to serve the other customers I would have paid for both of the items due to the fact that it was an inconvenient on my part. But when she walked away and got on her phone, I was upset. I told myself instead of paying for both items don’t pay for no items and walked out. I just left there. I ordered the cold cut combo and the meat tasted a little sour. This is the 2nd time they disappointed me. The first time was when one of the employees lied to me about not having a type of cheese. When I got to the register, another employee brought out that type of cheese from the back. That was strike one. Today while I was there my shoe laces was untied so I attempted to retie them using a chair because of my bad knees. The manager shrudly asked me to take my foot off of her chair. I had to slowly bend down to retie my shoe laces. My review is for the Subway behind Richland, not the one IN Richland.
Slow staff and we felt like an inconvenience. I got a standard sub so it was fine, just took forever for them to make and toppings were skimpy. My friend got a meatball sub with the cheesy garlic bread... They made the bread wrong, as in they didn't toast it before putting the meatballs on so it was mushy. There were only a few meatballs and barely any cheese in the bread and when she asked for cheese on her meatballs they charged her extra. That bread is already more expensive so why would you charge for extra cheese when it wasn't actually extra.
