Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Columbia

I posted this on accident on a different tropical snooker place they responded and told me it was this one I went to !! Horrible !!!!!!can't speak English can't read ingredients putting whateve into your drinks and then wanna act stupid no English when you want it fixed hahaha this is supposed to be the ohana kids smoothie it's green slimy and gross not even blue. Not the right lids . Listen to all these comments this lady needs to be fired and this place needs to be looked into . They cannot read any of the stiff that goes into your drinks and then or food . She didn’t even know what Turbinado was and she worked there for a while . Horrible horrible customer service . Don’t even come on here talking about we’re sorry that you were not satisfied. We will look into your incident because you’re nothing but a bunch of liars you respond with that to every post you never make anything right and you still have the same rude person working there. I don’t care if you don’t like your job, but you wasted $40 today...

i absolutely luv this place!! i think i go here at least 2-3 times a week! ts- prisma location's staff is really friendly and helpful if you are not familar with the variety of smoothies and what properties they offer. ive been going here non stop since this new location has opened back in june i believe, and i continue to come not only for the great smoothies but because the customer service there is wonderful!! Miss Jahmya helped me my very first visit on exactly what kind of smoothie i was looking for and then we nailed a flavor!! and now i am in love with the POMERGRANTE PLUNGE!! it is absolutely amazing!!! almost like a cherry cream pop lol!! with added whey protien and avocado, its the perfect balance for any time of the day!! The location i perfect and covienient, 5 mintues from the house and downtown area!! great wraps!! perfect for lunch!! I can always count on the positive energy and warm welcome from the staff like Dedrick and Samin, and great smoothies...

Horrible customer service!!!!! The staff is Immature, yells on the drive thru mic, over talks each other through drive thru on the mic, the manager is extremely rude and has absolutely no customer service skills! When asking for the franchise owner contact information, she kept repeatedly asking me why through the drive thru window then shut the window and scribbled a number on a napkin and shut the window! The only professional staff member was a young man by the name of Dedric. He was very professional from the beginning to the end and very apologetic. I will definitely not visit this establishment ever again and its sad because I work for the hospital located right across the street and I apparently I'm not the only one who have had issues with this location! Not to mention we were thinking of placing an order for the staff which would have definitely been for over 50 employees but after this experience today, they will definitely never get our...
