The patience and care I saw this guy show to his customers was truly remarkable and a breath of fresh air. Read moreDo not rent a U-Haul from this location. I “reserved” a 26 ft truck through U-Haul, which sent me to this location. Despite being given a confirmation for the “reservation” I was told no such truck was available. I eventually went across the street to rent another U-Haul (which was not 26ft) and told this kind of thing happens often.
When I asked about the status of the truck, it seemed that despite having the reservation, the truck was not going to be available for use until the next day.
The workers at the store seemed to blame U-Haul corporate for double booking the truck, but it seems that a phone call ahead of time by the store explaining the situation could have saved my family a lot of unnecessary stress...
