I bought an unlocked phone from them, I came back extremely stressed (at not fault of midlandpcs) and the owner fought tooth and nail to make sure the carrier took care of everything, he went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction while still being able to help others in the meantime. The patience and care I saw this guy show to his customers was truly remarkable and a breath of fresh air. This will be the only mobile retailer I deal with while I’m located in Columbia sc and I highly recommend

Do not rent a U-Haul from this location. I “reserved” a 26 ft truck through U-Haul, which sent me to this location. Despite being given a confirmation for the “reservation” I was told no such truck was available. I eventually went across the street to rent another U-Haul (which was not 26ft) and told this kind of thing happens often.

When I asked about the status of the truck, it seemed that despite having the reservation, the truck was not going to be available for use until the next day.

The workers at the store seemed to blame U-Haul corporate for double booking the truck, but it seems that a phone call ahead of time by the store explaining the situation could have saved my family a lot of unnecessary stress...
