Burger King — Restaurant in Columbia

I ordered two regular size Wooper meals. The server only put about 5 pices of french fries in the french fry cup and I had to let them know that that meal was not worth $9 the cashier came over she looked in the pouch and apparently she agreed so she did put more fries into that bag but in the other fry pouch this server did put a few more fries but you can still see the bottom of the fry couch and the server seem to have an attitude. The burgers themself where sloppily made they just slapped a bunch of mayonnaise on the one Burger on the other one I asked for ketchup and mustard there was no mustard to be seen and only a little dab of ketchup plus they only put a few pieces of salad lettuce on the Buns and the burger's were cold. Burger King used to be our preferred burger joint but in recent years it basically in my opinion went to the dogs. I had stop eating there for a few years but my friend she wanted Burger King I was there and hungry so I ordered me some too. But again as I said earlier the place did look and smell better then it had smelt in a few years. And we're both in agreement that Burger King it's off our list as of right now it's a shame and I say a crying shame then when you have to Shell out $9 for a burger Fry's and soda and get less than handful of fries and I don't see the sense in it. On top of that I ordered the same two meals but one was a $9 and the other was $7 I couldn't understand that either ask the cashier did one meal cost more then the other since I had ordered both the same meals. I came into Burger King around 2:45pm on Saturday, I waited 30 mins for food, cashier in drive thru said I was waiting on food, I receive food and it was still made wrong and not fresh, I spoke with manager and requested a refund, manager agreed to remake food or did I want a refund but she also processed to the most unprofessional thing and that was yelled to the grill guys that “Aye this lady said her food ain’t fresh” and the grill guys replied back “If they asked for fresh food they will get it” I stated to him it’s the common courtesy thing, if your waiting on one fresh chicken sandwich, why give me one fresh and all of my other food cold.. Grill guy them starts to threaten how he will spit in my face etc, the manager had no control over him and it was a real circus, it was also a cashier boyfriend that was hanging out in the lobby inovled in the situation, he pulled a knife on me and my son, his girlfriend came outside and was trying to fight also, This Burger King is ghetto and it’s highly not recommended -0/10, trying to find a number for cooperate but store number not working and either is any...

I like burger King but I get sick an tired of my orders being wrong. Like I don't even be rushing and you still manage to mess up a simple order. I even state my order slowly to be sure that they can catch it all.. idk what it is but personally i don't feel like the person taking orders need to be doing nothing else but sitting their taking orders undisturbed. That's way there would absolutely be no excuse why the receipt can't viunge for you when the cooks mess up. I asked for a Jr. Whopper meal. Said no onions, no tomatoes, ADD CHEESE, EXTRA pickles, and EXTRA cheese. Got my food and was nearly home and realized I had no cheese at all, oninons in my burger and no extra pickles at all. So I went back. Positive as I can be. Had it refixed restated what it was supposed to be. And I get a sandwich with extra pickles, no onions, and no tomatoes with STILL no cheese. So I asked for a refund. Really my entire order for the Whopper Jr. Should have been refunded. However I was only given a $1 and some change back. I'm threw. As much as I want a burger, y'all just...
