US Wings & Deli- West Beltline — Restaurant in South Carolina

Went there and was given change for a fifty dollar bill with a fake $20. I called and told the girl who answered the phone she then said I will tell my manager. I asked could I speak to the manager. The girl then told me to hold on, she then came to the phone and said my manager said there is nothing she can do. I said wow she can’t come to the phone she said no she is busy. I asked for her and the managers name she said she wouldn’t give me either one but would give me there general managers name (she referred to her as the manager’s manager Angel). Then I asked her do y’all check y’all bills oh yes faithfully with a attitude and taking me as a joke (clearly y’all don’t) I found out because I tried to spend it at Chic fil A where they told me it was fake and confirmed it with my bank. I visted this location on yesterday and ordered the gyro and wings. They made the gyro and sat it aside to wait for the wings to cook. In the process, my gyro was cold and by the time i got home they were closed. So I took it back yesterday and spoke to the manager on duty who's name was D, well thats the name she gave. She was very rude and unprofessional. She says I can't take the food back without a ticket and the young man who took my order last night was there. When I asked to speak to the manager, she started laughing. I will never go back here again because the way she handles the situation...

Your aren't going to get upscale service here.. However you can get a philly cheese steak fries and a drink for under $10. Gotta take the the good with bad lol PT 2. I went last night 2/20/19 for a Philly and got a cold Philly with cold and undercooked fries. I placed the order at 6:59 . I got there at 7:14. The trashy inexperienced cook got an attitide and said my order only took 10 mins to make and that the extra 5 minutes it took me to get there is why my food was ice cold and undercooked..
