Spending over $45.00 on soggy soft old grease tasting fish , is a no for me. The owner, who is Chinese has a very nasty , rude superior attitude towards Black American customers..I have witnessed it myself...She also was rushing me to order my food...Look !! This is my first time , I had questions. No smiling, no hello!! You have a fish market restaurant in a predominantly black neighborhood, eating off our dime...You could have at least show respect towards others...The fish, fried Okra was not fried more so , soaked in grease...I will never support this bland tasting fish market...The cook that's black America, she has slaving in the back...Wake up people...Take your money, where the food is good and appreciated..St Andrews has a good fish...

The place did look really dirty. But it’s a fish market that didn’t bother me. The REAL issue was the lady who rung out my phone. She was really unnecessarily rude to me and other customers. I witnessed her tell an older lady to get out of her face. She tried to tell me I didn’t ask her to cook my crawfish snd I paid. She even took my FROZEN crawfish to the back and held it for ten minutes. Then brought it back in the same packaging (if you weren’t going to cook it why not just give it to). Then she wanted to scream in my face over a $2 cooking fee. Again, why would you charge a cooking fee at a restaurant. Maybe I haven’t been to enough fish markets but that was weird to me. Dont eat here. I paid for my food and was waiting, a random customer (dirty), looking like he'd just got off work, walked behind the counter. Stuck his hands in the fish, grabbed a few pieces, set them on the scale, and put the money on the counter. I was shocked. I told the lady that was completely unsanitary and I wanted my money back. She tried to ignore me. I began to let new customers coming in know as I waited for my money back. Disgusting... I am contacting DHEC. This was ridiculous. I used to like this place, but if this happens in the open imagine how unsanitary it is behind that curtain. I'm sorry but I will never go there again. I hope...
