Columbus Bowling Center — Local services in Columbus

I called to reserve a lane on Tuesday Fed. 14 for my mother's bday on Saturday 18. I reserved a lane 5 to 7 on Saturday, showed up at 5:06 pm to the desk because there was some traffic and my lane was given away when we all got there. Why even bother with reserving if last minute obstacles will take your reservation away? Why not even wait until 15 min to give it away? I can only imagine the number of people who might have had this happen as well...

The people who took our lane were probably served right before me as i stood in line... which bothers me even more. Not planning to be a customer unless I'm invited...

There are not a lot of places for families to go and participate in activities in the Columbus area. The Columbus Bowling center was remodeled a few years ago and now is a great place to go bowling with friends and/or family. It is clean and the lanes are nice with easy to work scoring monitors on each lane . The kids can have gutter bumpers automatically come up when it's their turn. They have a nice selection of balls.The foods a little pricey for what it is . Other then that the cost to bowl and rent shoes is reasonable. Very rude to the customers. I had the steel toed shoe and said I don’t want their shoes. He replied back rudely that go out on street and leave if I don’t take their shoes. Shoes Which were given had holes on it and he is Calling those as safe. My steel toed shoes much safer than theirs and they are forcing customers like this for money. I told this is not way you can talk to customers and need to be polite. His response is like that I am ridiculous and asking to leave his business by showing at exit gate.
