In Style Kitchen and Bath was excellent to work with from start to finish. At each part of the process, Kit, and Phil, and Tim and all of the staff were knowledgeable, prompt, easy to understand and easy to work with. When I was getting quotes for our project initially, In style was less expensive than most, and quoted a much shorter completed time for the project than others I compared to. They did in fact complete our project within 2 weeks of the initial estimated time. They did everything possible to make the renovation easy for us the customer. They gave a precise quote and then ordered everything they would need for the job and stored it all in their warehouse, so we did not have our house torn up until everything was ready to go. No problems waiting on back-ordered items that throw the whole schedule off. Also, since they have their own set of craftsmen, the project manager has more control over how to schedule the work efficiently. Kit our designer was so experienced in planning the project that she could predict issues before they even happened. She would contact us to give us the available choices with their costs and pros and cons. She was a great combination of giving a recommendation but supporting us in whatever we would choose. Her software program also allowed us to see how everything would look in order to make informed choices. Tim, the project manager, was available at all times if we had questions or concerns and responded often times in minutes and always by the end of the day. Every issue was resolved to our satisfaction. He also came through the job site frequently to ensure excellent quality work. And our renovation is truly such a great improvement in our home. The individuals who In style used to complete the work were excellent to work with as well. The whole group of people worked together as a team to create a beuatiful and functional result for us. I really feel that they treated my house as if it was their own. And treated my family as if it were their family. Their electrician actually said to me, "Well, I always try to think about how I would want it in my house." As a matter of course, the individual workmen/craftsmen would ask me how I wanted the details. Their intent was to finish it the way that I would like it best, and again, they were knowledgeable to give me suggestions, but deferred to my wishes. Enrique, of Alvarez painting, takes such pride in going excellent work. When he is finished with the drywall and painting or carpentry; it is truly beautiful. And Luis, the tile installer, created a curved edge in the 1 inch slate mosaics that I choose for the bathroom. It was a very challenging job and is now the highlight of the room. The flooring crew also took great care to place the wood flooring boards considering the placement of each board for the final look. We have moved several times and worked with new construction builders many times. I recommend In Style Kitchen and Bath without reservation. They not only do excellent and timely work; they take pride in their craftsmanship, and value their relationship with their customers. I have all good things to say about their company, their workmanship, and...
Read moreIn-Style was recommended to us by a friend who had used them to remodel their home. We had decided to stay here and make this our forever home. The planning started with the guidance of the professional design team we started to plan everything, it was a bit over whelming for me I knew what I wanted but they knew how to design and bring it all together. Dea and Kit did an amazing job of helping me choose the right design with all the colors, flooring, cabinetry, counter tops, lighting and everything that went with the remodel. At times I questioned everything I had chosen but with patience and understanding everything turned out to our one percent satisfaction. As the project stared it was overwhelming to us. When their professional team started the demolition after they had taken some walls down and other walls to the studs we realized what a big job this was, but not to them. When each crew would come they would look for the contractors book in explained in detail what needed to be accomplished by them. we were always consulted if we had any concerns or changes need. Each team of contractors were professional, clean, respectful and knowledgeable the electricians educated us to different ideas and helpful suggestions with lighting they sure know their job. When the carpenter team started to build back our kitchen, after our beautiful counter tops we placed Brad and Tyler made everything come together beautifully, I told them they were artist of the cabinetry world. The Plummer Mike accomplished his task with ease. Then Cay with his flooring team took on the challenge of remove multiple rooms of tile flooring and then replace it with a beautiful new floor. I can’t tell you how long and hard they worked. I don’t want to forget the superior dry walling company on replacing the new walls and fixing all the items we had removed. Mr, Alvarez and his painting crew could fix anything and make it all look new again he spent many hours perfecting our woodwork they stayed until we were completely satisfied with everything they were amazing. Today the cleaners came to complete the final remodel and educate us on the cleaning of the floors and cabinetry. Thank you Phil and Tim for your planning and overseeing of our remodel and to all the people who worked so hard to complete everything but most of all thank you Kit for all your help and expertise I could not have done it with out you.

I contracted In Style Kitchen and Bath for a tiled bathtub project, and the initial design phase was quite smooth. I appreciated their ideas and the ease of the planning. However, the cost was a bit higher than other quotes I received, leading me to expect top-notch quality across the board.
Unfortunately, the project felt somewhat disjointed. In Style appears to operate by contracting out different aspects of the job to various subcontractors. While some of these individuals did excellent work, the quality was inconsistent. This approach also gave the impression that In Style didn't fully own the project, as each subcontractor seemed to handle their piece independently.
My biggest disappointment came with a mistake in the niche slope by the tile contractor. Instead of offering a solution, the company wanted me to shoulder the cost of fixing it, which felt unfair given the premium price point and mistake on the installer.
Overall, while the design process was positive, the inconsistent quality due to the reliance on multiple subcontractors and the lack of proactive project management left me feeling that In Style Kitchen and Bath did not live up to the initial expectations set by their name and pricing. The tile contractor made a mistake and left the niche with too much slope causing the bottles to slide off. This was such a disappointment. Fortunately, in the end In Style agreed to have the tile contractor come and fix the mistake at no cost to us. Originally they wanted me to cover the repair cost for this mistake which made me very unhappy. I am glad that in the end it...
