Glen at Taylor Square — Local services in Columbus

This is a wonderful place to live. I have lived here since 2010, and the development and square footage are significant. We have a large living and dining room, a two-car attached garage, two large bedrooms, the main bedroom has its suite, and two large bathrooms, all on the first floor, with a laundry. These are ranch apartment houses. The rent is comfortable.

There is also a lot of yard space to plant flowers and a beautiful patio setting. I hear the birds singing, and I live on the side with many trees, so while sitting on the patio, I feel country.

The company's property manager is excellent. She responds quickly to residents' needs as they place calls for work orders and concerns. The property is being well taken care of. We just got our street newly paved. Many residents have small dogs; there is a bag station throughout the property for them to pick up behind their animals.

I am so very proud to live here in a community that feels beautiful and like home. Very few kids are here, and the noise level is at its lowest. Reynoldsburg Police ride through our neighborhood to ensure the safety of the families here.

I have invited members of my family to move into this location, and they are completely happy. I only have good things to say about the Oakwood team; every property management company should value its residents as Oakwood does. I had a problem with the dishwasher not working. I put in a work order and Tom was on the spot quickly. He was quick to respond and did not hesitate to fix the problem. A while back I had a problem with my furnace and bathroom. This was during cold weather and Tom didn’t hesitate coming over and figuring out the problems. Tom is an awesome maintenance man. If he needs assistance with anything he does not hesitate to request help from other maintenance men at Oakwood. Tom is quick to respond once he gets the work orders and is an asset to The Glen at Taylor. The other maintenance men that help Tom out were also very good. The office staff is great - our maintenance person is super. We do have concerns about how many cars some of the residents have, we were under the impression that we could only have 2 cars assigned to each place, but, some residents have 4 or 5 and they take up the visitors parking. Also when the new asphalt was done there should of been some speed bumps place to try and stop the racing down the complex to the back. when we first moved in we did have some perks, but now we don't, maybe the company like about either not raising the rent on long time residents all the time or at least a break for senior citizens or new carpet or fresh paint.
