Terrible experience ask for a color change and also told the tech that my nails were uneven and I didn’t like them. She caught an attitude and tried to cut my nails off and tell me to go somewhere else she didn’t like being told that her design was not neat or cute enough for that. Her nail skills is terrible, I’m using my own personal money to pay for my nails and if I don’t like the service then you should fix it without an attitude will never return back to this place been going here since I was 16 and it was treated like a stranger and a burden Don’t waste your money here they can’t do nails, and they don’t like criticism And they will rush you out of chair if they have too many customers...

My mother and sister went to go get their nails done less than a week ago, my mother wanted Halloween decorated nails but was refused her request because it wasn't October yet, she also wanted her nails to be sharpened at the tips of her nails and they were rounded and very dull. My sister asked for a spiderweb on two fingers and they looked awful, there was black finger nail polish on all of her fingers, and all of her nails came off within two days. I was referred to try this salon and I am NEVER going back. Do not let TONY (lees husband) do your nails. He didn't put enough acrylic on my nails so my nails were falling off in about a week. Due to them falling off, all my other nails started lifting and as you can see FUNGUS.! Now I'm sure they do a better job. But I believe it's all about timing with them. If you come in when they're busy then please expect them to rush through your set. This is a VERY busy salon and ppl are constantly coming in (interrupting your service) just to ask questions.
